Apparently the University Club offers 'temporary' SNAP accounts for
visitors to the University. I'm not sure how much they cost but we
dealt with one at SISO the other day.
That would probably be a little quicker/more reliable than using PPTP
@ UCC, but I'd imagine it would also be a little more expensive.
That said, it's worth following up with the University Club, maybe
they'll offer a discount to a non-profit.
