Well, I could comment on the fact that if we increase the size of the
bins, then we can decrease the propagation delay of the full bags and
therefore increase the speed that we can run the garbage disposal
circuit at... but that'd just be meaningless crap sprinkled with what
I'm currently learning. :)
(And honestly, the state of cameron hall is degrading, so we're looking
at the trees.)
