[committee] Koha

To both UCC and Unisfa committees,

I was talking with some of wheel on Monday night and they suggested that 
we host Koha - the Unisfa library database on one of the UCC machines 
(that is apparently backed up to tape). This way we won't have to rely 
on the ..less reliable Deep Thought.

It also means that it's less of a concern replacing (the currently 
broken) DT and we could just annex one of the UCC computers to use in 
our clubroom.

Just giving the idea out there to both clubs to talk it over.
Anyone have any thoughts on this?
