After the plan to host mudhead fell through, we didn't want to send it 
back to Perth so we offered it to people in Sydney. There was also some 
interest from a Debian developer in Finland, and committee approved 
sending him one if he paid the costs. This paypal is for that and I sent 
the Alpha off on Monday. I paid for it using my credit card, so I'd like 
to get a cheque for this and for the plotter PSU (exact cost TBD, but 
probably around $250 - shipping was pricey).
