Hmm, I know.

Each week we're going through about 2kg of mince and 2kg on onions.
This gets us ~70 tacos, though if we're more stingy and have steady
demand (so no wastage) it should get us 100. This costs us roughly
$20.

The other components are cheese, lettuce and tomatos. The cost for
these is about $30 by my calculations ($~8 for the cheese, $20 for
lettuce and tomatos for 100 tacos).

Drinks cost us roughly $0.50 a can.

This takes us to costs of $100, which is profitable (profit $150). Not
fantastically profitable, but it gets our name out there.
