[committee] HP4500DN for UCC

I've just added this as an agenda item for consideration.

Computer Angels has a HP 4500DN with JetDirect card which is a colour A4
printer with duplexer (which works well). It was run until the black cartridge
was consumed but printed well.

We had in mind to sell it but the last one was sold for $200 with cartidges
and a new black will probably be about $150 so I'd like to offer it to UCC
since a quality colour machine with duplexer probably has good uses for
students with double sided paper reports to prepare.

It is quite a big machine. The desk footprint is 500mm wide by 700mm deep
which might be a consideration given the space constraints in the clubroom.

Please consider this in the next meeting and let me know if it will be useful
for UCC.
