Subject: Security Issues Guild Hall

Hi All

Over the last few days we have been receiving reports regarding the loss of
property (wallets, mobiles etc) from offices in Guild Hall.  It seems as
though we may have an organised thief working their way through the
building.  Would everyone please ensure that you lock your
office/work/space/clubroom areas up when they are not attended and for those
with lockers, please place valuables in them and secure the locker.

I strongly encourage all Clubs to adopt the same procedures i.e. locking up
rooms when not in use.  Also please ensure all club moneys are "banked" with
Finance as money tins are a traditional target.
