[committee] AGM dates

Hey everyone,

By the powers of the thinktank we've come up with the dates for the
AGMs for this coming year:

Due to an early easter (Fri 21st - Mon 24th March) we've set the dates
just after that weekend.

UCC AGM is Tuesday 25th March (I guess 1pm in <location to be determined>)
UniSFA AGM is Friday 28th March (same time same bat channel)
Unigames AGM is Tuesday 1st April (again, 1pm)

UniSFA will probably have their Fresher Welcome on Tuesday 18th or
Wednesday 19th - a few days before easter but we'll decide on that
later
