[committee] Meeting Time for Semester 1, 2008

After much deliberation and gnashing of teeth, the meeting time for this 
semester has been decided as FRIDAY, 1PM during the common lunch hour.

As we've already had a meeting this week, and as per section 15.2 of the 
UCC constitution, the first meeting of the new committee will take place 
on Friday April 4th at 1pm in the UCC clubroom.
