[committee] Dooring of camden (Dog0)

As of approximately 11.45am 18/8/09 I have Doored Camden (no [TLA]  
user name Dog0)  for throwing a can from the top of the Cameron hall  
loft at the UCC can bin. which resulted in the can brushing over my  
head. compounding this Camden was also spaming MPC with memes whist  
people actually in the room were actually trying to listen to music.
