[committee] UniSFA, UCC, UWAnime and UniGames Clubrooms

Hi Dom,
I don't know if you recall, but last semester I had a brief chat with you
regarding the future of Cameron Hall as a club room space.  We'd love to
have a brief meeting with you if at all possible to show you our club rooms
and thus give the guild an indication of our needs with respect to space.

Four clubs who currently use Cameron Hall (UniSFA, UCC, UniGames and
UWAnime) consider their needs to be quite distinct from the other clubs who
currently have space there and so we would wish to show you the space we
currently have, and voice concerns which the present committees have about
the future spaces we may have the opportunity to use.

We'd love for this to happen in the next couple of weeks - I'm sure that if
you give us a time, at least one member from each committee can make
themselves available.
