[committee] Snack run and current security

AFAIK, the vast majority of thefts in UCC have been opportunistic --
theives have just grabbed stuff that was totally unsecured and easy to
walk out with.
I think physically securing valuable hardware and the clubroom itself
(ie. moving to a clubroom which isn't fundamentally incapable of being
properly secured) is going to be far more effective than increased
security footage. After all, even if we have a decent-quality photo of
the thief, that still doesn't make it particularly likely that we'll
get our stolen hardware back.
