[committee] Account locked: Sam Spencer

Hi all

Someone was helpful enough to point out that there were still some
processes running as 'theodore' on UCC machines. I've killed those
processes. I also realised you could get into the MySQL server over
the network and it wasn't using normal passwords, so I've locked Sam
out of that.
