Members can only have 1 account. This was one of the reasons that the
whole Sam Spencer issue was raised last week.

A locked account doesn't automatically door the member from the
clubroom, so no need. Though in most cases a person with a locked
account is doored at the same time.

For expired accounts, a list of accounts to be locked is sent to
commitee-only and wheel lists usually.

Door members are around more than wheel members, even though they need
to pass the issue onto wheel.
