You alone, perhaps not. If you wanted to be public about it,
and compare the AARNet pricing/benefits to the -general internet-
pricing and benefits, you may be able to attract some attention.

I'd also investigate the AARNet contract in its current form
to see whether it includes that anti-competition clause.
