[committee] Guild plans for Cameron Hall

After talking to [MTL] on Sunday night, apparently the guild has hired an 
architect to draw up plans of some sort for Cameron Hall. He suggested the 
person to talk to would be the guild managing director, Des Mitting (6488 
2271 des at guild.uwa.edu.au), and it also might be in the guild council 
minutes, so someone should read through those.
