[committee] Access to Cameron Hall over summer

Hi all,

On the agenda for the last meeting, [RVS] raised getting access to the
guild over the summer holidays. Given that the next meeting is on the
last Friday of semester, (and also in the middle of EOSS) do we need
to action this before then?
