[committee] Stuff to raise with the Guild

Here is the link for UWA's policy on keys, which I'm assuming the guild 
also comes under: http://www.fm.uwa.edu.au/about/policies/keys_and_locks

Given the security problems we've had, I think we need to make a fuss 
about a key being unaccounted for.
