[committee] Code Jam 2010 - provision of food/drinks for competitors

Just a quick update:

I spent just under $24 (2384 IIRC) on drinks & snacks. Bob has
reimbursed me the exact amount.

I believe the CodeJam was a success - thank you for supporting it.

Congratulations to all who participated.

Some interesting things we learnt:
 - Don't assume that things are going to fit in a C/C++ int; double-check!
 - If you need a big big number (>2^64), it helps to know Python or Java.
 - Just because your program solves the small input in time, doesn't
mean it will solve the large input in time! Complexity Analysis is
your friend!
 - Even Google can struggle to keep high-demand interactive sites
running reliably.
