To Whom It May Concern,

My name is Jessica Hodgkins and I am hoping I can help your club/organisation/team to achieve your next fundraising goals. I am an independent sales consultant for UnderCoverWear, a women's fashion and lingerie company. UnderCoverWear is a well known and highly trusted organisation however it is not widely known that we also run a fundraising program. We like to assist where we can in the community and have wonderful opportunities for fundraising.

Whether the fundraising is to sponsor a team trip, to go towards purchasing resources, student clubs, sports teams, anything at all. You can easily raise hundreds of dollars with the UnderCoverWear fundraising program.

At the bottom of this email I have supplied the answer to many frequently asked questions about the program. To get your fundraising underway or ask any questions please reply to me now or give me call J. I have run many fundraisers myself and with my fundraising knowledge and the program UnderCoverWear has to offer, I will be able to help you reach your goals.

I look forward to hearing back from you.

Fundraising Frequently Asked Questions

How does it work? I will supply you with an order pack and catalogues. You just need to have people fill in their orders and then hand them all back to me within an agreed timeframe. Then based on the number of people placing orders and the total of orders placed you will be given a voucher or a cheque. For an official fundraiser 20 people need to place an order, following which a cheque will be made out to your school, the value of which would be equivalent to hostess rewards when hosting a party. If you do not achieve the minimum target of 20 orders placed a shopping credit voucher will be sent to your organisation for this amount. This can then be used for further fundraising such as raffles and prizes. In addition to the shopping credits going to your organisation, you personally will be given the opportunity to purchase any garment from the current season catalogue for half price for organising the fundraiser.

How much can we raise? There is no cap on the amount of funds you can raise and it is very easy. For example: 25 people each take home a catalogue and their friends, work colleagues, neighbours and family purchase a supporting the cause t-shirt each ($10 from each of these shirts sold goes to support services for Breast Cancer so it is a hot seller), so that would be approx 5 shirts sold at $42 each. So for 25 people selling just 5 of these shirts each would already raise over $500 for your cause, it is so easy and clothing is something everyone needs and will purchase! To let your imagination run wild, say each of these people who order a supporting the cause t shirt also purchase a Trini top for $35, you would then very easily have raised almost $1000.

When can I do it? You can have an UCW fundraiser whenever you like.

Who can have a fundraiser? Any school, organisation, group, cause, club, charity, team. You name it. If you are unsure if its right for you contact me for a chat.

Will you help with promotion? I will give you hints and tips, I will design flyers for your promotional materials and closely work with you to help you achieve your fundraising goals.
