This was my suggestion because I'm sufficiently paranoid. Normally I
wouldn't care but given the push for incorporation is because the club
is handling relatively large sums of money it makes sense to make
things slightly harder for a dodgy committee to change the
constitution so they can abuse the bank account (well to me it does
anyway).
I suspect the club would never find itself in such a position but who
knows. I'm more than happy to be convinced by others that this doesn't
need to change while Bob et al are still working on the drafts.
I know it's been said a few times already, but thanks again to Bob,
DJA and the others who are working very hard to get any constitutional
changes rock solid.
