Step 1: The word "University" is a prohibited word, we need permission
from the university to use it when we incorporate. Anyone know who we
would speak to about this?

Yep, this is one of the reasons that I want us to incorporate, with the
club having so much money we need more accountability. We will also need
to improve our handover training to deal with the books properly.

This ^ is the other reason we really need to incorporate. It's only a
matter of time before Westpac notices this (most likely at the next
handover) and we need to remedy it. Not being incorporated is also causing
us problems in opening things like paypal accounts.
