This is unimplemented/removed for now... <shrug> Fair enough choice.
In theory, it could reduce hidden fraud/IOU's, in practice there was
at least a fair bit of not-so-hidden add/remove XXX cent "rorts", which
wasn't a huge deal. I would ask that if fraud is detected with/in parallel
to the new system it be made public enough for peer pressure to work.

I think offering $5-$10 for petrol, or a free drink, etc. is a simpler
and fairer system, after all not everyone who does a coke run has to be
a cokegroup member. It'd probably work out more expensive, except that
not everyone takes up the offer.
Still, it can be hard to get people to do drinks and snacks runs and
as mentioned, cokegroup members who aren't doing any runs or doing
in-clubroom crediting, etc, probably shouldn't be group members.
