Hi Ash,

Would love to loan you tables, but as far as I know whatever tables where
down in the courtyard have disappeared (stolen/ damaged).

We always hire tables when we need them from contractors.

It’s not really our area to manage these things, sorry.

I'm writing to ask about borrowing 6 of the guild's trestle tables for a
University Computer Club LAN event which will be held on the night of the
23rd of April until the morning of the 24th.

We have already got a night pass off Tom for the event.
