[committee] Guild Tables for the LAN

I just found out from Hannah that the tables the guild offers clubs to
borrow will inaccessible on weekends.
This means if we want to use them, we have to take them from the Ref
courtyard some time Friday then return them Monday.

I'm probably going to be unavailable around the time of the LAN, so I'm
asking for a volunteer to ensure that this gets done.
