[committee] Photoshop for use in the UCC

Hi Daniel,

Could you please expand on some of the reasons why you believe UCC  
should purchase Photoshop?

Given that the price of the newest version of Photoshop is almost  
$500, and that committee believes very few club members would actually  
use the software, we decided to take no action on your agenda item at  
today's meeting.

We could look into installing a trial version if enough people are  
interested, and perhaps getting the full version if it is popular.
