[committee] Apologies for Tonight's Meeting

Hi All,

 

I've been ill with some sort of flu-y thing since Friday, and still not up
to being out in the evening. I won't be at tonight's committee meeting.

 

I've arranged for David to take the minutes on this occasion.

 

Also, I updated the meeting reminders so that we get action items and
general business published in the 1 day and 1 hour emails, and we only get
the 4 day in addition to those.
