[committee] Account locked due to rubbish in UCC

We are trying to crack down on people leaving rubbish in the UCC clubroom, 
and it appears that you left a finished can on the desk when you left the 
room (see attached webcam picture)

For this your account has been locked. You can get your account unlocked 
by asking a committee member, or by attending the next committee meeting 
(Tuesday, 6PM)
