Subject: TLAs for AGM
Hi,
Three Letter Acronyms (TLAs) are used by UCC to identify members in meeting
minutes.
The convention is that you choose your TLA the first time you attend a meeting;
it is completely unrelated to your account name.
This page lists all of the TLAs currently in use:
http://www.ucc.asn.au/member/tla.ucc
A reasonable TLA, likely to cause minimal confusion, would be your initials, if
it's available.
If you would like a TLA, please contact me. IRC is preferable, but you can
email me as well, or remind me next time you see me in the clubroom.
PS: I know not all of you are Freshers, and already know about TLAs. Bulk email
is easier.
