Hey guys,

Spoke to Gary about dates that the Tav is available for us to use
earlier. The dates that would best suit us are (supposing we hold it
on a Thursday) 26 April, 3 May and 17 May. I'm proposing 3 May because
the other dates are a little too close to other events.

If there's no real issue then i'll book it later today/tomorrow
