To whom it may concern, on behalf of the University Computer Club (UCC) of 
the University of Western Australia:

We would like to book Camp Leschanaultia for the nights of the 
4th, 5th, and 6th of October, 2013.

We have previously booked the camp (September of this year), and the event 
we held there was a rousing success, and one we wish to repeat.

Should you agree, a completed copy of your bookings form would be mailed 
to you with the included deposit of $400.00 at the first opportunity.

We thank you for your time and for providing a venue as excellent as Camp 
Leschanaultia for our previous (and hopefully future) events.
