Hi Paul and Kelly,

Thank you for your reply. We have determined that we would like to book 
the camp for the nights of Friday the 19th, Saturday the 20th, and Sunday 
the 21st of July, 2013. We hope this date is not inconvenient.

We hope to have the completed booking form and $400 deposit to you at the 
first opportunity. However, due to this expenditure requiring approval at 
a committee meeting, it is inlikely we will be able to put the form and 
deposit in the mail until next Tuesday.
