[committee] Membership Renewal

Hello everyone,

I've been away from Uni for a while due to personal reasons and waiting for
my PhD enrollment papers to be processed by the Uni. Fortunately I will
be at the Uni on Friday afternoon for a PhD canidate mentoring program.
Is is ok to pay and renew then?
