Rowan says he removed steam because it was using to much disk sapce
and no one plays most of the games anyway.
I believe he acknowledges he should have just deleted the games.
I believe this dooring is valid,
as it is permissible to door someone if they are being"Really
Annoying".
it is also permissible to door someone for damaging UCC equipment,
which Stream is, (deleting and not reinstalling Steam as
I would count as damaging it, it reduces the equipment below the SOE).
