[committee] Temporary UCC Accounts

Hello,

To celebrate LCA 2014, the University Computer Club at UWA would like to 
offer free accounts during January.

The services provided are the same as offered to our members, but the 
accounts (and any files in the home directories) would be deleted at the 
end of January (unless people decide they want to pay for membership).

This horribly out of date page lists some things we might still provide:
http://www.ucc.asn.au/services

The main things of interest:
   - shell accounts on our user servers and logins on the clubroom desktops
   - web hosting and file storage
   - access to the club's coke and snack machines (you still have to pay 
if you actually want to buy drinks and snacks).

UCC isn't able to offer any kind of SLA on services (especially during 
the summer heat).

If we get swamped with requests, or I break something, or someone else 
breaks something, or the committee changes its mind, this might not happen.
