tl;dr If you want to be helpful, arrive at 7:00am at UCC on Friday (19th
July).

Hi Committee,

Please show up on Friday morning at 7:00am at the clubroom.
It may seem too early, but there will probably be all sorts
of last minute disasters, and it is not recommended to setup a 9m mast in the dark.

Checklist of stuff to take to the camp:

- Skywhale (3g router)
   - Mast, including the actual equipment at the top
   - Ropes
   - Stakes
   - Power cables
   - The long cat6 ethernet cable (not the one currently plugged in!)

- Beatentrack (ie: Cabellera) (firewall, proxy, dhcp server, etc)
- Asphalt (main switch)
- Coconut (backup switch)
- Heathred (games server)

- Projector
   - Projector screen that trs80 will be bringing in

- Pythons
- Cat6 box
- Power boards/cables box
- A couple of UCC desktops
- IEC cables and peripherals for everything

- Sound system (only if someone cares)

- UniSFA's beanbags (they agreed to lend them)

- Snacks (if we have them in time)

- Millipede spray (TODO: Source this)
- Duck tape, scissors

[SZM] to strategically acquire:
   - Kitchen Knives
   - Teaspoons
   - Tea Towels
   - Hammer, shovel

[BOB] is in charge of food shopping. The plan is to stop off at Midland to
purchase food from Coles. We need 2 volunteers to assist with shopping,
and at least one car.

The core network equipment will go in one car with me; this includes
skywhale, beatentrack, the switch, and all the cables. I can probably fit
other stuff, but we will see. Another car would be useful. We need 5
people to be able to set the mast up safely.

We need one volunteer with a car to stay behind until others get to the
camp (or at least halfway) and confirm that we actually have everything
important. This person can bring non-mission critical assets.
