[committee] Doored [SZM]

Today I doored Sam Moore [SZM]. The reason for this dooring was an abuse of
door power on his part. The dooring is in effect for 24 hours if he decides
to repeal his dooring of myself, or until the next committee meeting if he
does not.

In addition, I feel that the door policy is in need of review, and will be
adding an item to the agenda to tis effect.
