Why would we be making any withdrawals out of the cash reserve 
account - that money shouldn't be touched without a general meeting.

Could somebody link-to or send a copy of the currect account terms to the 
list, as I suspect the real problem is that Westpac has changed the terms 
such that you need $10k in the account before interest is earned.
