Hey Stephanie,
The event will run from around 5PM. It will probably wind up when people
start leaving, generally just past midnight, however we will have stuff
around the Loft until Lunch the next day. The odd one or two people may
play through the night.
We have pre packaged food, such as lollies and chips. We also have bottled
water and canned soft drink.
Video games will be played for the duration of the event.
I will find out if any of our members are qualified first aiders and
willing to be listed as the first aider.
We expect between 15 and 30 people.
There are no costs for attendees.

Jones and the Guild President to run this. Do you know the best way I can
contact them?
