[committee] Committee Meeting Apologies 05-12-14

Unfortunately I will be unable to make it to the meeting tomorrow due to 
a dental appointment planned well in advance.

I have started planning for UCC Camp 2015 with Guild Events and will meet 
with other organisers soon before giving a report on progress at the next 
meeting.

Someone should probably change when meetings happen, any weekday would 
work for me.
