[committee] Vote for UCC 40th Anniversary Dinner

Hey friends, although I don't lean particularly far either way, I would 
say no to the Hilton.
I know the 40th anniversary is a big occasion, but maybe not big enough 
to warrant as much hassle as it's bound to give us.
