My apologies for my likely failure to attend the meeting tomorrow.

I am currently unwell and my condition has been deteriorating. At this 
point I do not believe I would be up to attending the meeting. If I am 
feeling better tomorrow morning I will make my way in, but in case I am 
unable to do so, please accept this as my apologies for my absence.
