[committee] Semester Two Meeting Times

Now that OLCR allocations are out we can organise a meeting time for this 
semester. So if you head on over and fill out the timetable script, we can 
organise our meeting time for the semester.

Since OLCR comes out super late, the first meeting will still be on on 
Tuesday at 2PM, we will chane it for week two.
