This system has been discussed for ages and implemented because [NEO],
who is still the Treasurer,
believes that it will make the Treasurer's job easier (not necessarily
coke members).
As long as [NEO] is still the Treasurer, I heartily endorse this system.
With luck, it will annoy someone enough to have them nominate for
Treasurer and change it after the <plug>AGM ON TUESDAY</plug>. As long
as the job gets done, the Treasurer can do whatever they want.
Incidentally, I myself will be trialing this exciting system by
depositing 15c in three 5c pieces at the first opportunity...
