[committee] Door re-application for HTL‏

Hello, Ryan Hall here. (Hantale / HTL)
Figured I'd take the time before the AGM to re-send my application. My reasons are mostly the same:
-Already an active UCC door/coke member
-Hold the room open frequently, and actively try to help out people where I can. (especially freshers)
