Action Items

General Business
----------------
[BG3] : Photos for committee page after the meeting. Everyone. No Exceptions. Do your makeup.
sk0pe : Multiple installs on machines on various drives of the same game or program. e.g. Chiclid has 3 installs of Hearthstone on 2 separate drives. Multiple installs of python and of applications that have not been used in many months.
[BOB] : reminder to committee that they have pigeon holes. And a filing cabinet. Both have useful things in them
[BG3] : New Couches Are Needed This Year
sk0pe : Wanted to to reopen the idea of more efficient and modern communication for the UCC. e.g. live calendar with all events updated automatically for everyone subscribed, possibility of a forum supplementing the lists as many members prefer not joining the lists because they don't know how it works, don't ask how it works, is alien to them, if they don't filter properly it ends up spamming their inbox and it will also allow for messages to be sent as emails if you're not into looking up the forum, you just subscribe to the topics you want and will never have to visit the forum if you like living 15 years in the past. At the moment the system also creates a gulf between those who communicate on lists and those who do not, therefore limiting ideas that can be considered by Committee.
[BOB] : Wanted to reopen the idea of more efficient and effective communication for the UCC. e.g removing the facebook group, as the facebook group has a calendaring system and automatically sends notifications to group members, and many members prefer not joining facebook because they don't know how it works, don't ask how it works, is alien to them, if they don't filter properly it ends up spamming their feed with ponies and it will also allow for messages to be sent as emails if you're not into looking at the feed, you just subscribe to the groups you want and will never have to visit the feed if you like living 15 minutes in the past. At the moment the system could easily be replaced by the universally accepted, tried and true system of sending emails, and eliminating the facebook group would reduce the workload on committee in keeping UCC's myriad communication channels up to date.
[BG3] : Something Something Forums
[BG3] : Oscar (cheese852) door application
[SLX] : Would like to echo everything [BOB] said about facebook, but without any of the sarcasm.
[BG3] : Get people like [SLX] to "run" things like Movie Nights (With Pizza)
