I am applying to be on door group, below is my LOLCATDOG questionnaire.

Open Questions1. Why do you want to be on Door?
I would like to be on door to be able to hold the room open at times when
people, including, but not limited to myself, would otherwise be kicked out.
2. What difference will putting you on Door make?
If I am on door, there will be less stress on current Door members to stay
in the room at times when there is only 1 Door member around.
I would be an extra helping hand at clean-ups.

To manage and maintain the clubroom.
5. Who should you contact with questions/concerns about the policy?

8. If someone is violent, refuses to leave, or otherwise poses a danger to

Give both the emergency and non-emergency numbers.

Non-emergency: 6488 3020
9. Briefly describe how the door system works (describe how the above code
actually unlocks the door).
Type in code on vending machine, sends a prompt to Merlo, triggers a relay,
which opens the door.
10. If you are unable to unlock the door from the snack machine, how else
should you open the door? Give both methods.

11. Who has clubroom keys on their person and who is able to get the
clubroom key out from the Guild Student Centre?
Mechanical keys are held bythe President of the club, the Vice President of
the club adoor at ucc.asn.aund the Guild Student Centre
12. What needs to be done when closing the clubroom?
Make sure that the tool cupboard, the machine room, the windows, and the
clubroom door are shut and/or locked.
13. What needs to be done when leaving Cameron hall?
If Cameron Hall is empty, the main door, the door at the top of the stairs,
and the fire escape should be closed and locked.
14. If you are unable to correct an issue with something in the clubroom,
who should you inform?
Any required clubroom maintenance that door members are unable to perform
should be reported to the committee
