[committee] [ucc] Constitution Changes: Change of Objectives

I personally feel that "computerized technologies" is much narrower than 
"computer science and technologies". To me it reads as "any technology 
that is now a computer", were as the current one covers anything related 
to computers. As for the addition of "use", that is already covered as 
using a technology is a valid way of helping advance it.

But as was said in IRC, it's too late to bring up changes to the club 
objectives.
