[committee] UCC Meetings Canceled for Two Weeks

Dear committee@,

For the next two weeks; Tuesday the 9th and 16th, UCC committee meetings
will not take place due to exams. Also, the time and day of meetings will
likely change as per new commitments of committee members during the
holidays. If you're a committee member, keep your eyes out for another
email or message with a fresh availability timetable linked from it.
