Early UCC camps (the first two? of the new set) were
Combined Computer Club Camps.
We stopped doing those because it was too hard to organize with other 
committees.
UCC did all the work, paid (almost?) all the costs, and they just sent a 
few members.
So UCC determined to just run a camp, and make it known to other clubs 
that it was happening,
and give them rated tickets.
